Refund Policy

1. Overview

Due to the immediate access to digital content and subscription-based services, all purchases of Musiko AI services are non-tangible and non-returnable once access has been provided.

We aim to be fair and transparent, and we provide limited refund eligibility under specific conditions described below.

2. Subscription Refunds

For monthly or yearly subscriptions:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge date.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
  • You were unable to access the service due to a verified system issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
  • You were billed multiple times for the same subscription.

If any of the above occurs, please contact us at support@musiko.ai within 14 days of the charge. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws and payment platform policies.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the service or subscription
  • Lack of understanding of product features
  • Partial usage of subscription period
  • Accounts suspended due to violation of Terms of Service

5. Digital Product Access

All digital services and features are delivered immediately upon purchase. Once access is granted, it is considered consumed and non-reversible.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account access.
